College Scholarships

RVCCU is pleased to offer members and their children three annual scholarship awards.
Roanoke Valley Community Credit Union was founded by the educators and staff of the Roanoke Valley’s school systems and has always had close ties to the local educational community, driving us to help our members and their children further their education. RVCCU awards the $1,000 Tom Gagnet Scholarship, the $1,000 Cecil Bollinger Scholarship, and the $1,000 Gay Shober Scholarship and a $500 General Scholarship annually to support further education in colleges, universities and accredited technical schools after they have received a superior education in the Roanoke Valley’s school systems.
