A Strong Savings Account May be a Lifesaver One Day
A big expense might be just around the corner. Whether you know it's coming, like a vacation, or it's a complete surprise, like a car repair, the best way to handle it is to save up.
Don't let a problem become a disaster. Build your savings and face the future confidence.
Building up your savings will be the smartest financial move you make.
Your first step to membership is opening a Savings Account with a $5.00 deposit. Where you go from there is up to you.
We encourage our members to use this account for more than just keeping your share in the credit union. Building your savings is an important step to financial freedom and can help you face emergencies with confidence.
Your savings can be more than just a place to stash money.
When you open a Checking Account with us, you can use your savings as overdraft protection. There are no fees involved when funds are transferred to cover an overdraft.
If you need to build up your credit history, you can use your savings when you apply for our Secured VISA® Credit Card.
If you need a personal loan, getting a Savings Secured Loan will mean you get an incredibly low interest rate.
You've got plans. Let's make them happen.
Take the stress out of the holiday season by planning ahead. Even a small amount every payday can make a big difference in your budget.
The money you save in this account will grow untouched all year and is automatically transferred to you at the beginning of October.
Cookie Jar Club
Whether you want a special account to save for a vacation, a new appliance, or even just a rainy day, you can avoid stretching your budget by planning ahead.
This account is similar to our Christmas Club, but you can use the money at any time.
It's summer time. Shouldn't the living be easy?
If you are a teacher who does not get paid on a 12 month schedule, this is the account that will make your summer even better.
A regular portion of your pay during the school year will be deducted from each check so that during the summer, you will have money put aside to live on until the next school year.
You can specify your own deduction amount or have it calculated to be equal to a 12 month salary. Contact your school's Human Resource office to see if this option is available for you.
